What kind of companies do you work with?
Established, founder-led companies with a strong track record — typically $1–50M in annual revenue, across a range of industries — that are ready to bridge to their next stage. We're selective, and we only take on companies where we believe we can make a real difference.
What does “business renovation” mean?
Most companies already have the formula for success. Renovation means finding and fixing the handful of challenges holding back breakout performance — and doing more of what already works — rather than chasing the next new thing. Innovating for its own sake is costly and pulls a company away from its core essence.
What happens after I submit the intake form?
We review your information confidentially. If there looks to be a fit, we'll reach out to talk. Our evaluation is genuinely honest — we'll tell you if we're not the right partner for you. Submitting the form is not a commitment by either party.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Anything you share is treated in confidence and used only to assess fit and, if we work together, to serve you. See our Privacy page for details.
How selective are you — will we be a fit?
Very. We work with a small number of companies at a time. A “not a fit” is a valid, honest outcome — and it's the discipline that lets us give the companies we do take on our full commitment.
